Clan Rules
1) Hacking/cheating within
the clan will not be tolerated within the clan and will
result of an immediate dismissal of the member
2) All clan ruling must be
approved by executive order, if Executive order has not
been approved, request is null.
3) Executive authorities hold
all exclusive decisions within the clan. Executive rulers
can amend the clan rules at any time.
4) Members of the clan cannot
directly initiate recruits into the clan. Votes must be
passed by the the whole clan
5) Clan majority can dismiss
any persons during a tryout phase
6) If a member requests another
member to be exiled the member that has made this request
must have a private meeting with a member of the Executive
board to further discuss reasoning. If the Executive board
takes the side of the member.
8) The member(s) of the Executive
board and the member who has made said claim will proceed
to have a meeting with the member they are wishing to exile.
9) Exile Trial period - Meeting
must be held containing the members that wish to exile the
member and all members of the Executive board that wish
to oversee this trial.(At least one member of the executive
board must be present to conduct trial)
10) The member on trial must
be given a chance for explaining their actions. After which
the said party will vote on an exiling decision
11) Exile Trial period extended
- During an exile meeting the members of the
12) Executive board hold full
ruling and judgment. If a member of the Executive board
feels the member should be exiled from the clan, the board
member has full rights to exile said member from the clan.
13) Exile Trial stalemate -
If the trial goes into a stalemate, the trial cannot last
longer than a period of three days. In which that time a
decision must be reached.
14) If a decision has not been
reached within the period of three days during a stalemate
the member on trial will be allowed as part of the clan
without questioning. Also that member is unable to be exiled
for a period of fourteen days after a void stalemate exile
trial.
Tryout/Recruiting process
1) Executive boards hold all
and final voting on any recruit
2) Anyone wishing to join the
clan must obtain a vote from a current active eHv member.
Once they have obtained this single vote, they are required
to acquire two other votes from active members. Once all
three votes have been obtained both Executive leaders must
vote on a decision. If the leaders come to a stalemate the
voting process can only last a period of seven days, no
exceptions. If by the expiration of the tryout both leaders
have not reached their decision the tryout is then VOID.
3) If a recruit receives a
VOID count from the clan they are not eligible to tryout
for the clan for a period of fourteen days. After which
they will be able to obtain votes from members, if they
so wish.
4) Any active/non-active member
of the clan can voice a NO vote upon a recruit.
5) After which the member who
has voiced this opinion must give the Executive board reasons
without a doubt in which this recruit should not be eligible
for tryout. If Executive board feels said reasoning is valid
the recruit will have failed the tryout, and will no longer
be eligible for tryouts during the clans duration period.
6) If a recruit has obtained
three votes from member and then receives a NO vote from
any of the members of the Executive board for any reason
whatsoever the said recruit is no longer eligible for tryout.
Executive board has full ruling over tryouts and can dismiss
recruits as they wish.
Summary - 1 initial vote from
active member.
Summary - 2 secondary votes from active members.
Summary - 100% agreement vote from Clan.
