My Review Warehouse is getting off the ground! The reviews are yet to go up (still waiting on Zeke), but I've got everything else set up. Added a fun links page. I'm trying to get an e-mail address for the Code Alliance, but there seems to be a problem with darkjedi.com. More on this later.

Alright! Zeke sent me the reviews, I've now got 2MB of reviews on my HD, and I'm goin at it full strength! First up is Archang2. And, while I'm at it, I was just in the Rebel Squadrons chat room, and everyone there thought that DF had died a long time ago! They said nobody made missions anymore and it was over. Yeah right! DF lives, and I'm contacting the RS Commando Division leader right now.

Within the next few days, I'll be adding the WAXs to the Files section, as well as a good amount of levels. After that, I'm going to leave it up to you to upload any levels or components using a file upload script that will be installed.
For now, if you have anything other than a WAX or level that is not listed at DF-21 (and you think it should be), please send it to me at Scape_Goat@df-21.net.

I might be the last to know, but it appears that Stealth, of the Code Alliance, is at work on some sort of a 3DO editor. I don't know much more than that, so see for yourselves:

The WAX page is now done, as far as I'm concerned. I know there are some good components out there that aren't on DF-21, but that's not my main concern right now.
I've added a new script that will allow anyone to upload levels, components, and other files to an INCOMING directory. I could say that this is to simplify the process of submitting files. However, that would be a lie; as the real reason is that it makes it easier for me.

Anyway, if you have any files that are not currently available at DF-21 (including brand new ones), use the script by clicking here. A link is also available in the Files section.

Lastly, the levels page has some serious holes in it. Please read the post that I'm about to make on the General Discussion message board before uploading any older levels.

A tutorial for making DOS batch files was added to the Files section.
Please note that any older files that are put up will be done so without comment.

I've been steadily doing one review per day (at least putting them up, I haven't made a new one in a long time). Once I get all the ones I've already made, I'll make a top ten list, then I'll go through the listings on df-21.net and review all the levels there. Eventually, df-21.net will be able to have a link to a review of almost all the levels there. If you want to review levels for me, gimme a ring. Or a "You've Got Mail!"

Oooooooh....Madison has learned nifty things with Paint Shop Pro...This is a first effort, so post me some comments in the forum about how it looks. New component reviews are in the works as well.

I'm in the process of trying to get the level archive completed. It will be split into two sections sometime soon.
Once the archive is out of the way, the next step in the development of DF-21.Net will begin.

In order to meet my dream to have a review for every DF mission posted at df-21.net's fileserver, I'm going to need more staff members. I've got reviews pending for upload, then I DLed all the missions up to (but not including) Jabba's Smuggler Depot that have n/a in the review column. To be a reviewer, I need an HTML file from you with the review (in the format I've been using) with 4 screenshots. If this is not possible, I will take 4 screenshots and a TXT. The screenshots should be GIF format (to conserve space). If you would like to do this, please e-mail me.

The Dark3D Homepage was updated a couple of days ago. Also, from more than a month ago, is a utility called CrashLev that is used to check DF levels for compatibility with Dark3D 1.0.

Progress is being made quickly. In one hour I posted two Hoerby reviews. It's really growing fast, and I expect big things in the future, but first I need another staff. Soon to come - a Tech Details section on every level!

Alright, I've got most of the problems that were created when I followed Kevin's advice solved now, so I can get back on track. But no new review today, I'm gonna devote today to XvT and Imperial Library! Also - Maverick is back from a visit to mom, and so LFD work will resume!
