Welcome to DF-21.Net!

This site will continue what Dark Forces: 1999 did for almost a year, but with a few important additions. As for now, there is only the Projects section, which is nothing more than an improved DF1999 Projects page. In time, a file archive will be added, along with links and other pages.

I guess I'd better establish myself here. I'm the second staff member of DF-21.net. I'll be here time-to-time to post news. I'll try to keep the news off of my own levels, but I'll post everyone's news here unbiasedly (is that a word?). So if you've got any news, just let me know.

Heheh. This is just a test, BTW. Since I spend soooooooo much time on the Internet (not a joke), I'll be able to dig up the latest DF and Star Wars developments. So, don't be too scared...yet. Heheh.

Some sort of a links section will probably be opened early next week. At first, it will be just a list of text links with no descriptions, but that might change into something a bit more complex.
After that, work will begin on the files section.

In a short while, a Files section will be added to DF-21. That means you'll be able to download a large number of DF levels, components, and utilities from one place.
Due to limited space, however, only new and/or requested files will be available at DF-21.Net. This shouldn't be a big problem.

I read this over at theforce.net:

In The Phantom Menace there is a short cameo of none other than The Moldy Crow leaving the planet Coruscant. It was one of many small cameos that sent props out to various fans. Check it out at Theforce.net Prequel Cameos.

For the first time, I've seen DF-21 using Netscape Navigator, and it isn't pretty.
I'll work on making this site more Netscape compatible next week. Tomorrow, I plan on opening the Files section...

Well, I've got my own web server up, and DF Planet has officially moved there. There's a lot of work to be done, including the transfer of the level archive to DF-21, which will take that end of the files over. The new URL is dfplanet.dhs.org. The pages aren't finished, and the links are broken, so don't worry about that for the time being. This web server will be up during the school year. During the Christmas season and the summer season the site will return to Xoom.com. For now, however, I'm away from all that.

The Files section is up. Its a bit on the empty side. but that'll change over time.

New files may be submitted by sending them to me.

I've added some levels to the Files section. A second batch is on the way.
Some of the authors are not listed. If you know a name, or see a mistake, please tell me.

It's back! At least partially. Some changes made, some improvements made as well. Go check it out and comment in the forum. Most links, pics, etc outside the front page still have broken links, but they will be fixed shortly.
