Nathaniel Ambrai

To go along with the back story of Jedi Michelangelo Reklaw, I have decided to make his best friend and counterpart, Jedi Nathaniel Ambrai.

Parts:
Han Solo [head]; Naboo Obi-wan Kenobi [cloak, arms]; Jedi Duel Obi-wan [torso, pelvis, legs, skirt], Any lightsaber

Recipe:
This custom was easier then I thought it would be.  I pretty much started out by assembling all the parts using the boil-and-pop method.  However, I had to sand down the shoulders because that stuck out like a Zoot Suit, and the arms couldn't move...very similar to my Ganner figure.  After that, it was just painting the tunics and tabards Quaker Gray  His undershirt, pants and sash are black. Then, I painted his robe navy blue.  I gave Nathan a darker brown for his hair and added a goatee of the same color.  To top it off, I added some Quaker Gray to him belt buckle, just so it would show up.

His lightsaber is pretty easy.  Take any saber you want to use, sand down the blade so as to hold paint, then paint it the same navy blue as the robe.  I layered on the paint a good deal, to give the saber more of a molten light look then a glowing rod.  I used a Ben Kenobi saber, just cause it fit the character better.  Then I decorated the hilt some, to make it less normal.
