If you visit the message boards, this isn't news to you. If it really matters (humor me), here's the whole story:

After quite a bit of consideration, I've decided to step down as webmaster of DF-21.net. I've been doing this for almost 2 years now. To be honest, it's just gotten old. Therefore, Fenwar (author of Maximum Security) will be taking over from now on. There should be very little noticeable changes here, however.

If you're curious, I'll will continue my work with Dark Forces editing at least until "DF2000" is completed. After that, you never really know what will happen... I'll be posting new project submittals for a while until Fenwar is settled in.

I'd like to thank Sheldon Friedman for starting this whole thing, Fenwar for taking over, and every one of you who submited projects, used the message boards, or just visited this site and DF: 1999.

So, I guess that's it. I'll see you in the message boards...

Well, the transition is underway now. I suppose I should introduce myself properly... My "real" name is Paul Fenney, and I'm supposed to be a Software Engineering student at Sheffield University, England.

I'm hoping to keep this site pretty much as it is, as the most useful community for Dark Forces fans everywhere. There may be a couple of minor changes; I have already received one good suggestion and I urge everyone to email me with any thoughts, ideas or criticisms you may have.
